Investitionsgüterindustrie in Deutschland" "Insights into Private Equity" This study commissioned by MPC Capital AG and Global Vision AG (funds management of MPC Global Equity Fonds) aimed to familiarize private investors with ground rules in the private equity market. The study is divided into four chapters. After a basic introduction to the topic, the following chapter "The Market for Private Equity and its Development" quantifies the dimensions of private equity and presents its future potential. The next chapter shows private investors the possibilities of a potential private equity investment. In the final chapter "Benchmarking Private Equity Returns", historical returns of private equity are compared with other investment forms and returns potentials of private equity are described for private investors. "Capital Partnerships in the SME Capital Goods Industry in Germany" Making the market for venture capital transparent and recognizing
which forces oppose its development were the goals of this study as early
as 1996. The study was conducted jointly by Mackewicz, Degen & Partner,
Munich, and Baumgartner & Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Sindelfingen,
and the results are documented in this report. "Venture Capital and Corporate Venture Capital: Financing Alternatives for Innovative Startups and Young Technological Companies in Germany" This study commissioned by Deutsche Telekom AG focuses on
financing alternatives for young, innovative technological companies and
addresses the topic of venture capital. At this time in Germany, venture
capital was still considered to be an avant-garde topic. "The Role of Banks and VC Firms in Startup and Innovation Financing" Although banks are often the first point of contact, they
frequently refuse to finance technology-oriented investments due to technical
uncertainties concerning development potential, market maturity or the
interest of the innovation's target group as classical entrepreneurial
risk. "Venture Capital in Practice - Report" Accompanied by reports and analyses on the current situation in the VC market in Germany, this publication provides a forum for capital providers or rather public institutions and startup entrepreneurs. Of particular interest are the experience reports by entrepreneurs who take a critical look at their startup processes and how they successfully attracted venture capital. |
